Exercise classes start back for the winter season beginning the week of Monday 18th September in Halla Le Chéile Bréanainn.
Monday evening Inner Strength/Pilates @ 8-9pm.
Thursday evening Aerobic/HITT @ 8-9pm.
Classes cost €10 or €100 for the term of 12 classes.
Please arrive early for registration on first day of attendance.
