On Saturday the 23.04.2016, Past Students of Cloghane, Ballyguin and Ballyduff School will gather in the Parish to celebrate their School Reunion.
The day will commence with a ceremony at the grave of Peigí Uí Chéilleachair, one of the Cloghane Schools beloved teachers. This will be followed by a mass in St. Brendan’s Church at 2p.m.
Following a lone piper through the street of Cloghane, past pupils and Teachers will be asked to walk from the Church to the School where their national Flag will be raised and a plaque unveiled in honour of past teachers.
Afterwards people are invited to a three course meal in Halla le Cheile, Mullally’s and O Connor’s Bar and Guesthouse. This will give people the chance to view messages from people who were not able to attend, memorabilia from days gone by and enjoy a delicious meal.
